$15.00
Sold Out

Hardiness: zone 5-10 (best fruit and flowering in a long hot season)

Passiflora Incarnata

Native tropical flavored fruit. Needs a lot of heat and full sun to ripen. Will need to be planted in a warm microclimate in zones cooler than 6. The vines cannot hold themselves up, so need something to climb on. The flowers are stunning, delicious, and make a potent medicine for relaxation. The fruits ripen to large eggs in size, and have a delicious gooey seed cavity and crunchy seeds around a foamy fruit. Benefits from a winter mulch especially the first year after planting
